Delete your RuleTrade AI account

This page permanently deletes your account and every piece of data we hold about you. It applies to both the web app (ruletradeai.com) and the mobile app.

What will be deleted

  • Your account profile (email, name, avatar, role)
  • All trade plans, journals, notes and feedback threads
  • Trading Constitution rules and onboarding progress
  • Connected broker accounts (cTrader) and OAuth sessions
  • Notifications and email-reminder queue entries
  • Execution logs and open-position management history
  • Uploaded files (chart screenshots, avatars)
  • Any pending payment orders that haven't been captured

What is retained

  • Captured payment records (Razorpay) — kept for accounting law compliance for 8 years
  • Anonymised admin audit trail — your identifiers are scrubbed, but the events remain for tamper-evident history

Deletion is immediate and irreversible. There is no grace period — as soon as you submit the form below, your data is gone.

Confirm your identity to proceed

Only accounts that log in with email + password can be deleted from this page. If you signed up with Google, please open the app, open Settings → Delete account, or emailsupport@ruletradeai.com.
